What is the OPQF?

The OPQF was created in 1994 on the initiative of the French Ministry of Labor, Employment and Vocational Training and the Fédération de la Formation Professionnelle (FFP) The OPQF has a tripartite representation, bringing together representatives of training providers, customers (companies, OPCAs) and the general interest. OPQF qualification is open to all organizations involved in continuing professional training, whatever their status, size, field of activity, customer base or length of service. The OPQF’s mission is to issue training organizations with a certificate of professional qualification, in recognition of their professionalism. It is based on the following criteria:

  • Compliance with regulations
  • Suitability of skills and technical and human resources for training activities
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Financial sustainability
  • Compliance with code of ethics and internal regulations

What is Datadock?

Datadock is a unique quality database for professional training. It enables vocational training funders within D2OF EIG to check the compliance of training organizations with the 6 quality criteria defined by law. Once registered on Datadock, training organizations must submit evidence relating to the 21 indicators defined by the funders to meet the 6 criteria. Once the documents have been checked for compliance, training organizations become ‘datadocked’ by the funders. Each funder can then decide to include these training organizations in its reference catalog.
